Hello. ~MrsIchimaruGin maybe coming to Londres, so I have prepared a highly informative and totally serious guide. [Read: completely useless and very much in jest]. Just because I'm terribly bored, can't draw and just finished re-reading my Instructions for American Servicemen in Britain. And, yes I'm generalising Americans. I generalising us too. I'm also basing a lot of the "do's and don'ts" on questions and complaints I've had from Americans at work, such as 'Why don't you stock Region 1 DVDs? I can't play UK DVDs at home! You must loose a lot of business not stocking American DVDs.'

Anyway, tell me what you think. I wanted to put a part about not using REALLY TOTALLY ENGLISH WORDS like tally ho, jolly good, old bean, good show (old chap), toodle pip, spiffing etc. because people don't use them any more. But then I realised I actually use a lot of these. So, more words and just keep the generalisation or leave it out? ARGH I don't know. If there's already some humorous guide like this out there, please link me; I'd LOVE to read it.

ANYWAY so I thought I’d just give a quick run down for Canada, for those that maybe wanted to know. Keeping it short, but probably still TMI because I’m trying to hold off working on the massive Hetalia picture [link]

OKAY

Wed morning was spent not sleeping, sleeping, flying and getting through immigration, settling in to the hotel and exploring The Bay and the Eaton Centre, which are sort of attached to the hotel. We watched TV [License to Grill, wow it’s kind of erotic] til about 6pm when I fell asleep and then woke up at 9 to a lovely view of the city at night because we hadn’t closed the curtains. Or something. Can’t remember.

Thurs.
Met up with Nicole and crossmesh [goddamn I don’t know your real name wtf] who were kind enough to show us around Pacific Mall, which is FULL of azns and meatballs on sticks and wafflepancakes and LOADS of sweet things :>>> Then we went to the mall next door where there was some cheap Japanese/Chinese/Korean/everythingelse shop full of knockoff Hello Kitty and animu merch. Then we OH wait no Daniela met us at our hotel and rode with us to Finch just to make sure we got there okay BLESS HER <3<3<3 and WOW subways are so different. You have little tokens that get you onto the train AND the bus. But, like, just with one. It’s really odd, but a great idea. YOU CLEVER CANADIANS YOU.

Then like…uhhhh…we got back and…like, probably ate somewhere or something.

Fri.
OH HO HO first day of con fufufu. Can’t rememberNO Yes I can. We went CLOTHES shopping in the morning in “Garage”, which is great, but would be better if the shirts came in XL for fatties like me. I got a sweatery type top and a camisole though. And a hoodie which is so comfy and awesome and I love it so hard. Nazz got a matching one so we can wear it out and people will know we’re husband and wife :>>>

Then we taxi’d to the con to get tix. PREMIUM BABY which meant we got a bag to hold our shit in. Totally worth $70. Totally. Explored the dealers room, bought some mangas and posters from =yanimator. Planned a meet up and sort of met up with some people off LJ and Nicole. And then ~SandyJohn introduces herself and I’m like WHOA I LOVE YOUR MEN FAPFAPFAP and then she left. Hetalia group and ourselves [UKx2, France, Germany, US, Hong Kong, Greece, China too many Russias…] wander over to TIM HORTON’S OH GOD IT’S MARVELLOUS. We didn’t really all fit in but HEY. People was confused by the flags and sort of military outfits. Some were nice, others not. Then like…we left and went back to the dealers room…UHHHH…and then went back to out hotel and slept because we needed to be up earlies!! I get a txt around 11 from Steve saying he’s here oh yay can’t wait FFFFF

Get up.

LATE.

Introduce Nazz to Steve. Stay for VA audition panel thing. Get lunch with Steve at Subgay Some Sports bar some sandwich shop with the rudest waiter EVER what a bastard. Get stuff signed. Steve is being a gay and kissing everyone’s hands. I say no, but after yelling GIVE ME YOUR HAND I do because he’s making a scene goddamn. Wander to dealers room again. See some Hetalia peeps. See Nicole again, with Suki FFFF HRE&CHIBITALIA SO CUTE and crossmesh FFFF LOVINO SO TSUNDERE. Plan to meet for Hetalia/KDP dinner at 7. Head back to hotel to clean. Arrive back at con at 7:10 sorry guys. There’s LOADS of people. I invited, like 5. There’s 20 of us. Walk over to Jack Astor’s, 75% Hetalia people leave and I feel SO terrible I should have planned an exclusively APH one not crashed Steves. But ANYWAY. Too many people, so me, Nazz, Sandy and ~Kyro-Blade sit at the booth, but Steve pisses around and moves more chairs to table so me and Nazz are squished at the top. We order pomegranate cocktails ‘Jacked Up’ and I think it’s a shot so do it there, but it’s discovered you have to pour that INTO your cocktail. DOH. We have food, me and Nazz share, waitress is SO hot I want to marry here she was fantastic goddamn. Mostly talk to [insult, rant at, get interrupted by Cox] Steve, who seems to neglect the other members of the table, including HIS KDP members. What a douche. Doesn’t buy us a drink. Daniela CRASHES the party, and I’m a little drunk. Not drunk drunk, but happy at least, so I greet her warmly in my crotch.

Dinner over, Steve to host Karaoke party. ~SandyJohn & ~Kyro-Blade leave us, and Nazz, D and I join Steve in his taxi to the bar. En route to bar we discuss being killed by Steve and driver, British accents and clunge. Probably, I can’t remember. Arrive at bar. It’s SHIT. D leaves, the bitch. Nazz, Steve and I sat at table for next 3 hours listening to people murdering classic songs and fumbling through animu themes. We manage some fun facial expressions, Steve singing Rick Astley and ‘You Were Always On My Mind’ a la Willie Nelson, many doodles from Nazz, some word association, some making fun of Steve and some crotch grabbing. The FINALLY we leave. Outside is a car place called GREYHOUND. We all lol inwardly [inside joke sry gaiz. Although if you’ve ever seen SMTV live then probably not]

Taxi back to our hotel. We decline some marijuana smokes. SLEEEEEP.

Sun.
Get up about 11. Nazz attempts to dye her dark reddypurplebrown hair blonde. Comes out a kind of gingery pink. LIKE A PEACH CUPCAKE :>>>

Dealers room. But some more artist alley stuff. Meet up with Sandy. See suicide girls again fapfapfap. Run into Nicole etc, and invite back for sexytimes chips later~ Go to Steve’s other panel. Dealers room a bit more. Say bye to Steve. We hold hands it’s so romantic

Wander over to some other Hetalia action. See TESLA OMGWTF. Want to say hi, but too nervous. Fag about for 20 minutes, before I grab her and yell TESLA?? At her. She is all like OH HAI YOU IS SHEAX YEAH MAN TOTALLY. asdfkjl she hugged me like twice. She had a cold though, but was so nice and everything and her Norway was brilliant and fagfagfag. Then we wanders home via Pizza place. Sandy joins, claiming she has to go soon though. [this is a lie] Order pizza. Go to Subgay while pizza is being made for their loo. Meet 3 10ish year old girls stood outside, waiting for their friend who’s currently occupying the loo. I smile. They say ‘OH MY GOD are you here for the Jonas Bros concert too?! :’DDD’

I die inside.

But converse nonetheless. They’ve seen them before along with Hannah Montana and Hillary Duff or something. I get REALLY nervous and ask if their parents are around because I’m worried I shouldn’t be talking to them /pedo.

They wave at me as I leave. ORZ

Sandy helps carry pizza back to hotel, and tells us all about Toronto and the fun shit you can do, like Canada’s Wonderland and AnimeNorth and loads of other places I forget. Nicole etc arrive at hotel and join us for an hour or so. SHE GIVES ME HER HRE HAT FAPFAPFAP QwQ We say goodbye to everyone and swap email addys and cry a little.

So manry we go get timbits and soup at 11 from Tim’s down the road.

Mon.
SLEEP IN TIL SOMEWHEN.

HO GAWD but then we meet MICHAEL from the BUSINESS CENTRE who TOTALLY REMEMBERED ME FROM LAST YEAR !?!!??! I was so happy I cried INSIDE and he was like Yeah come use it for free again!

Buy some MORE hair dye for Nazz. Light brownishblonde this time. [like America fufufufufuuu] Bum around a bit. Bum each other a bit. Get some timbits again at some late late hour.

Tues.

Wander around Eaton Centre again. Get a txt from Sandy and totally meet up with her ass. She shows us around Toronto which is fabulous and very kind of her and then we meet here friend ~PoCky666 and do full circle round to our hotel. We invite them back for sexytimes noodles and chips and they oblige and we chat and stuff and they draw sexy pictures for us and then we say goodbye and are all sad :<

Wed.
LEAVING TODAY. Get up a little late. Wander back to some of the shops Sandy took us to so Nazz can buy this sexy Ran Mao style dress/top. We do this TWICE because I had no money the first time. SO MUCH WALKING *huff huff* Bought sketch book and pencils and pens and ice cream too. Get back to hotel, see Michael again and do some internetting while Nazz goes and buys some last minute stuff. Get taxi to airport. Check in. OH Nazz bought a sword. Check in lady was like WHOA WHAT LOL. Got some food [and drink] at the Bacardi Rum Bar and some last minute timbits.

THEN WE LEFT CANADA FOREVER TIL NEXT YEAR I AM STILL SO SAD.

No, seriously, I had such a fun time! We both did! I’m so grateful we had so many people willing to hang out with us and stuff! I hope I can see you all again next year~!
